Delivery
Delivery Schedule:
Brunel Trophies & Awards maufacture all items to bespoke requirements and we endeavor to despatch all orders within 5-7 working days from date of order or artwork approval.
For more urgent orders you may request a specified date and select our "Fast Track" service, to receive your order within 2-4 working days from date of order or artwork approval.
If you need your items by a specified date, please enter this information in the ‘Special Requirements / Additional Comments / Requested Date’ box found at the bottom of the ordering process on all product pages.
Dispatch:
We dispatch all orders via Parcelforce on a next working day service and all items can be tracked online. We dispatch to UK mainland, Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland.
For orders over the value of £300 we offer a free delivery to UK Mainland addresses.
For AM delivery services, additional insurance requests and deliveries outside of these zones, please contact the sales team for a personalised quotation.
You may also collect your order from our premises which are located at BS21 6QH. Our reception is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Amazing service and decent price
Amazing service and decent price. Needed a trophy for our running group race. Mocked up a design in PowerPoint and sent it off. Brunel Trophies responded the next day with a draft which I amended and was finalised that same day. Received the trophy within the week. Great quality. Perfect for what we needed. On top of that, I had problems logging onto their website to view the draft - all my own fault (I was trying to logon to a completely different site would you believe! I blame the AI search engine!!) - and they simply sent a PDF by mail (again, all done in one day). Will definitely use them again.

Great Quality
I think the prospect of proof reading a print without seeing on glass can be hit and miss but I spoke with Tom in design and he got it spot on. Glasses used were perfect also. Very happy.

A Majestic Trophy Perfectly Created
We ordered a cup that would be sufficiently majestic as to reflect the magnitude of the Motorcycle Action Group's Simon Milward Lifetime Achievement Award. The MAG logo was reproduced perfectly, all other instructions were followed to the letter, and it arrived amazingly swiftly.
