Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and conditions at any time. You will be asked to read and accept the Terms and Conditions each time you place an order to ensure that you are happy with them

Our contract

You will have the opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order up until you click the Continue to Payment button.

After you submit your order we will give you an Invoice/Reference No. and details of the products you have ordered. We will then send the same details to you in the form of an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note acceptance of your order will only be given on receipt of your payment. We will let you know if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.

IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all the information on this site is accurate, however occasionally an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time.

Free Artwork Offer

We will not charge set up or origination fees on black and white artwork supplied by the customer. We will engrave directly from the artwork supplied. If the supplied artwork requires amendment to produce an acceptable engraving we will advise of the cost prior to proceeding with the order. We can accept artwork in .jpg .pdf .eps and .doc formats.

Prices and Delivery costs

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds and include VAT. They exclude delivery charges.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the chosen delivery cost. All these costs are clearly set out in your shopping basket before you submit your order.

All orders, other than collections are despatched by a 48 hour courier service with a 150.00 insurance level, this is also applicable to the Free Carriage offer. You may choose to increase the level of insurance required for your order. (Insurance is in accordance with the individual carrier's terms and conditions)

Next day/am deliveries may incur additional carriage charges.

Deliveries outside the UK will be charged according to the destination. An approximate cost can be provided on request.

Orders that are sent by 1st class post: We do not accept responsibility for these orders if they are lost, stolen or arrive damaged in transit.

Orders that are sent by courier: We are able to track these orders, but please be advised that your goods are not insured for consequential loss. If you require this service we can provide this at additional cost. Please contact the sales office for further information.

If you are unable to check your goods on delivery, please write unchecked on the delivery paperwork before signing.

Delivery schedule: We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 5 to 7 working days of placing your order or on approval of your artwork. This is subject to stock availability and the size of your order. We will advise you of a delivery date if we cannot deliver within the aforementioned schedules.

Tax Charges: All orders are subject to VAT charged at the current rate.

Low Price Guarantee We endeavour to offer our customers the lowest prices on the internet. If you find a lower price on another web site on a new, identical award within 7 days of placing your order we will refund you the difference.

Returns Policy: You may return all items within 7 days for a full refund or replacement. Engraved or personalized goods, packing and carriage charges will not be refunded.

Damaged Goods: If your goods arrive damaged please keep all packaging materials and notify us within three days. We will advise you of the carrier and tracking number for you to make a claim.

Credit Card Security. This is a secure website and your details are held securely by Protx a third party payment service provider. Protx has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
