CUSTOMISING YOUR ITEMS

Many of our products allow you to add custom engravings and artwork. To customise a product click on it to open up the further information. Click through each tab or use the red back / next buttons to navigate through product options. When you are happy click 'add' or 'add to basket'. Do this for each product you wish to purchase.

You can update the number of items you wish to order and proceed to checkout from the basket page, by clicking on the trolley icon on the main menu above.

DISCOUNTS

Discount will be given on all orders when the following values have been reached:-

£150 - 5%, £250 - 7.5%, £500 - 10%, £1000 - 15%

Orders of £500+ or trade customers can contact the sales advice hotline on 01275 540544 for your presonal quotation.

PRICE PROMISE

On receipt of a written quotation for the supply and engraving of all trophies and awards from another supplier, Brunel Engraving Company (Promotions) Limited will endeavour to match or better it. However, this is based on the supply of goods on a like for like basis.

PAYMENT

After entering your delivery and contact information you will be asked to confirm your order and proceed to payment. We accept most major credit cards and payment by cheque.

If paying by card you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway, Protx who will securely process your card information. During this process you may be asked by your bank to provide extra security information to verify you are the card holder. Your card details are not stored on our servers at any point and will only be stored by Protx whilst your card is authorised.

Cheques should be made out to Brunel Promotions Limited. Please be aware that your order will not be processed until your cheque has cleared.

DELIVERY

Normally 3 to 7 days, if you have any special requirements or require your items delivered for a specific date then please let us know using the comments box at checkout. Please read our delivery notes for further information regarding delivery.
